Storage Lockers

Classic self-storage sizes on Levels 3–4 — climate controlled, elevator access, for households and small overflow.

Levels 3 and 4 of Storage On Demand — Princeton hold traditional self-storage lockers in 5×5 and 5×10 ft class sizes, built on the same permit lattice as a standard self-storage facility.

These lockers aren't sized for pallet racking or bulk inventory — they're for the household overflow, seasonal items, furniture, and small business records that don't need a full business storage room. The building's climate control keeps everything protected from Florida heat and humidity, whether you're storing a couch or a filing cabinet.

Getting in and out is the same as any other tenant: pull into the ground-floor drive-thru tunnel to load or unload out of the weather, then take one of the two elevators straight up to Level 3 or 4.

What Fits in a Locker

  • Household overflow and seasonal items
  • Furniture between moves
  • Documents and small business records
  • Small business overstock
  • Seasonal sports and recreation gear
  • Anything that needs a lockable, climate-controlled unit

What's Different

Self-storage sizing, with a business storage building's access.

5×5 and 5×10 Class Sizes

Traditional self-storage dimensions on the permit lattice, sized for household items and small overflow.

Levels 3–4

Lockers occupy the top two levels, kept separate from the larger open business storage spaces below.

Climate Controlled

The same building-wide climate control that protects the business storage floors also covers every locker.

Elevator Access

Two elevators reach Levels 3 and 4 directly — no stairs required to move boxes and furniture in or out.

Drive-Thru Loading

Unload at the ground-floor tunnel and take the elevator up, out of the weather the entire trip.

Household and Small Business

Sized for personal storage and small business overflow — not pallets or bulk inventory.
