A drive-thru loading tunnel runs through the building's north face with a 13'-6" minimum clear height, tall enough for most box trucks, cargo vans, and pickups. You drive in, park under cover, and load or unload directly next to the building's two elevators.
There's no open-lot carry, no waiting out a rainstorm before you unload, and no exposure for anything that shouldn't sit in Florida heat while you make trips back and forth. It's the difference between a facility built around the loading dock and one that leaves it as an afterthought.
